We have defined a series of three comprehensive programmes – Essentials, Enhanced and Executive. The Essentials and Enhanced programmes can be delivered via 1-1 consultations and in group sessions, depending upon your preference and timescales. The Executive programme is delivered entirely through 1-1 consultation.
We can also work with you to design a tailored programme specifically for your organisation and industry. You choose the level of support for your employees, individuals then work with their Outplacement Consultant to select all or enhanced elements from their chosen programme, based on their preferences and defined areas of support required.
