Creating restructure / redundancy consultation plans, consultation guidance notes for managers, consultation meeting letters, documenting consultation outcomes including removing employees from being ‘at risk’, providing offers of suitable alternative employment or trial periods, confirming redundancy and redundancy packages, and creating compromise agreements.
